Anthony attended E.R. Carter Elementary and took odd jobs around the West End Mall.
He was last seen outside his home playing hide & go seek with a cousin at 979 Cunningham Place.

The body of Anthony Carter was found in/near a neighborhood warehouse (dumpster?) across from 657 Wells Street SW, in the rear of the 600 block of Glenn Street by people who worked 50 yards away. They claimed the body was actually found July 6th.
His cause of death was multiple stab wounds. The body was most likely transferred long after death.
