John Porter

28 year old John Harold Porter (5'10"), who never officially made the list, lived with grandmother Selite Allen until Jan-Feb 1980. Porter was held in Georgia state penitentiary in Reidsville, then transferred to Georgia Regional Hospital for mental problems. After Selite kicked him out for molesting a 2-3 yr old in her home, he moved in with his mother on Capitol Avenue near Fulton Co. Stadium.
When angry with mother, he would go move in with James Charles "Old Man" Gates in an empty apartment building. This is the same man who was charged with killing Angela Bacon, then cleared of the murder.
